Roasts
To achieve an ideal crispy pork skin you want to initially start the cooking process on high heat in the oven and once skin is par crispy turn the oven down to 160 degrees and cook for approximatley 50 minutes per kilo until internal temperature has reached 65 degrees.
Chops & Steaks
With both pork chops and steaks you want to sear on high heat in a pan for a golden crust and then turn to low heat until cooked throughout.
Ribs
Pork ribs are best cooked low and slow in a slow cooker marinaded typically in a BBQ based sauce.
