Beef
Beef can be purchased in multiple different cuts which are more suitable for different types of cooking
Roasts
Roasts are best cooked in the oven accompanied with vegetables herbs and oil in the roasting tray for aromats. For a medium roast its ideal to cook for approx 40-50 minutes per kilo at 160-180 degrees. ideally aiming for an internal temperature of 65 degrees.
Steaks
Although there is multiple cuts of steak, they are all best cooked in the same way for a tender and juicy steak it is best to season with preferred flavours and cooked over high heat in oil or butter or on an open grill such as BBQ
Chuck/Topside/Blade
More often than not a chuck or topside cut is best suited for slow cooking. Typically in a tomato or gravy based sauce.
