Roasts

The ideal cooking for roasting chicken is having or oven set to 180 degrees and cooking to an internal temperature of 75 degrees.

Breast & Thigh

Breast and thigh are most commonly used diced or sliced in dishes the most ideal way to cook would be cut to desired sizes and cooked on high heat with oil.

Wings & Drumsticks

Best cooked at about 200 degrees in the oven for a crispy skin and juicy and tender meat internally. Baking for approximatley 30 to 45 minutes.
